About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Affinity Senior Services Inc. in West Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to residents, including observing, monitoring, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
  • Assess resident health status, recognizing deviations from normal findings and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
  • Evaluate and implement infection control practices to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
