Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Administrator to join our Private Investment Counsel team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless execution of business development activities and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated client servicing support to Relationship Managers, ensuring timely and effective management of client portfolios.
  • Support the execution of business development activities, including coordinating prospecting and business development meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal product/service business partners to ensure client needs are met.
  • Participate in risk management and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and bank standards.
  • Contribute to the effective functioning of the Private Investment Counsel team, fostering a positive team environment and driving employee empowerment.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent.
  • Two years of industry experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in providing support to sales and business development activities, with a strong understanding of investment management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
