Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our Sales and Customer Service Departments in our Call Centers. As a key member of our team, you will provide vision and guidance to stakeholders, drive results in Sales and Customer Service, and achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitable operations
- Set department goals and objectives, and lead teams to achieve them
- Cultivate talent within departments and develop workforce strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in senior management or director-level positions
- Call center operations experience
- Prior experience in Financial Services is an asset
- University degree; MBA preferred
