Strategic Sales and Customer Service Director

We're seeking a visionary leader with 5+ years of experience at a Senior Manager or Director Level position to oversee over 100 employees in our Sales and Customer Service Departments. This is an on-site role, based out of our corporate office in Mississauga.
Job Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Determine the strategic direction of the Sales and Customer Service Departments to ensure efficient operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage expenses and budget to ensure profitable operations.
- Goal Setting: Set department goals and provide guidance to Senior managers, Team Managers, and staff to achieve these objectives.
- Risk Management: Share key centre opportunities, potential risks, and issues that might impact the health of the overall portfolio and/or the centre as a whole.
- Quality and Efficiency Standards: Establish standards and measure them on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving results in the Sales and Customer Service departments, achieving financial goals and targets, and ensuring seamless integration of key projects.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience at a Senior Manager or Director Level position.
- 5+ years in Call Centre operations.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry would be an asset but not required.
- University Degree (MBA preferable).
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to solve challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
