About the Role

Mantecon Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring client and project team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage civil engineering projects, including watermains, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems
  • Develop and implement grading plans and culvert studies
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and other professionals to coordinate project teams
  • Manage project budgets, staffing, and scheduling to meet customer expectations
  • Coordinate and monitor construction administration activities and ensure compliance with quality management systems
  • Develop and mentor the civil engineering team, including interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil and/or environmental engineering
  • Designation as Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Ontario
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting engineering or municipal environments, preferably in Ontario
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
  • Experience with stormwater management software, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Civil 3D
  • Proven business development capabilities and strong project management skills
