Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak & Poutinerie. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and specials that showcase our signature flavors and ingredients.
  • Culinary Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
