About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 13549879 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Chef Supervision and Training

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Inventory Management and Ordering

Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control and Food Safety

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that adheres to all food safety regulations.

Customer Service and Relations

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards, and respond promptly to customer feedback and concerns.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours and Term

40 hours per week, permanent position.
