Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at AIMS 2 HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train and mentor staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervising kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
