About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Prepare made to order food items
  • Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
  • Assist other members of the team when needed
  • Light cash handling duties including processing guest transactions, counting cash, closing/opening registers, participating in cash audits
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Keep area clean at all times; manage waste
  • May perform other job duties as required
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience working in the food and beverage industry, preferred
  • Experience working for Tim Horton's franchise considered an asset
  • Food Safety Certificate and First Aid an asset
  • Must be flexible as days, evening and weekend work may be required
