Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our Profit Centre team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, helping them to find the right products and solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Answer customer inquiries and identify their needs
  • Research products and provide recommendations to customers
  • Enter sales orders and process customer transactions
  • Grow and retain our customer base and develop new business opportunities
  • Follow up on backorders and resolve customer issues
  • Support Counter Sales and Outside Sales activities
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or counter sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to learn our systems
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Intermediate math skills
