At NewFound Recruiting, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional user support and IT service desk services, responding to inquiries and taking ownership of the ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have strong fault diagnosis and issue resolution skills, with the ability to install and maintain corporate computers, LAN hardware, telephones, and network equipment.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to educate staff on IT resource usage, develop a thorough understanding of the organization's software, procedures, and personnel, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and information security procedures.

Requirements
  • Technical IT Support Specialist certification or equivalent experience
