We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Veryk Inc. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical difficulties
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 30-40 hours per month
  • English language
