We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, overseeing multiple sales centers, and developing strategies to enhance buyer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share
  • Collaborate with marketing and other divisions to build new brokerage relationships and enhance in-house sales capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in home sales, with at least 7 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • A proven track record of high-volume home sales, customer satisfaction, and creative solutions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Business or equivalent, with a strong understanding of budgets, financial margins, profitability, and statistical analysis
