About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial properties, ensuring that tenants receive exceptional service, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement effective tenant relations strategies to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the performance of third-party contractors and trades, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and execute annual operating and capital budgets, as well as monthly financial variance analysis.
  • Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
