{"h1": "Manager, Commercial Property", "p": "At Columbia Basin Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Commercial Property to join our team. This is a regular, full-time position based out of any of our four offices: Castlegar, Cranbrook, Nakusp or Golden.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of a regional portfolio of Trust-owned properties, including general property management, building operations, maintenance and repairs, tenant relations, financial management and supporting new building ownership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general commercial and investment property management
* Develop and maintain relationships with tenants
* Coordinate and support all corporate building operations
* Maintain long-term budgeting for all commercial investment and corporate properties

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in business or finance
* Minimum of five years of commercial property management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a related field
* Real estate/property management education or certifications are an asset
* Valid class 5 Driver's License and the ability to travel frequently within the Basin area
