Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Property Manager to join our team at the Onni Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that our tenants receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of building and site operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors
- Manage and prioritize tenant service requests, ensuring timely and professional completion
- Issue work orders and track maintenance inventory
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, and coordinate tenant appreciation events
- Perform other duties as required, including on-call emergency response
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in commercial real estate or a related field
- Strong technology and computer skills, with ability to adapt to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Knowledge of construction processes and practices, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
