Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial spaces. Their role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the property by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant services, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee on-site teams and contractors
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant services
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with lease agreements
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures, building maintenance, and service contracts
  • Ability to interpret and manage lease agreements
  • Proven experience in tenant relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
