We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at beBee Professionals in Milton, Canada.
Job Description:The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
