Food Services Leadership Position at Halton Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct supervision of all staff in Patient Food Services and will provide leadership in the development of a superior customer service culture in Food Services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Food Services Supervisor, preferably in a hospital setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with nursing units, clinical areas, and other non-clinical departments.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $38,037 and $47,546 per hour, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and dedicated professional looking for a challenging opportunity, please submit your application.
This role requires the ability to manage supply/labor budgets, including labor relations and compliance within the local and central collective agreements of unionized staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance and hospital policies within a healthcare environment, ensuring that all work practices are in keeping with Hospital, Departmental, and legislated standards.
