Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Maintenance and Cleaning Company Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  2. Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  3. Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  4. Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  5. Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance as needed.
  6. Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train or equivalent experience

Work Setting: Cleaning service company, Restaurant

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week
