Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Maintenance and Cleaning Company Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist with Training and Development: Assist with the training and development of our cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
Work Setting:
  • Cleaning service company.
  • Restaurant.

  • English.

  • Permanent.
Hours:
  • 40 hours per week.
