National Recruiting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Recruiting Manager to join our team at Brand Momentum. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sourcing top talent.
Job Description- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure high-caliber candidates nationwide.
- Proactively source and pre-screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, focusing on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Utilize social media platforms strategically to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage the recruitment workflow efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably with a national scope.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Expert-level proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development opportunities.
