About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Recruiting Manager to join our team at Brand Momentum. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sourcing top talent.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure high-caliber candidates nationwide.
  • Proactively source and pre-screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, focusing on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
  2. Utilize social media platforms strategically to source and attract qualified candidates.
  3. Maintain and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage the recruitment workflow efficiently.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to enhance the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably with a national scope.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
