Admissions Recruitment Specialist

CIMT College, a leading institution in Ontario, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
As an Admissions Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with information about our programs and services, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and program interests.
- Information Provision: Provide detailed information about CIMT College's programs, including curriculum, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial aid options, and student support services.
- Admissions Assistance: Assist students with the completion of application forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation.
- Admissions Criteria Evaluation: Evaluate applicants' qualifications and eligibility for admission based on established criteria and guidelines.
- Application Processing: Process student applications efficiently and accurately, including data entry and documentation management.
- Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular communication with applicants to provide updates on their application status, address inquiries, and offer support as needed.
- Conversion Management: Employ effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, alumni, and external stakeholders to promote CIMT College and enhance the admissions experience.
- Event Participation: Represent CIMT College at recruitment events, career fairs, and other outreach activities to attract prospective students and promote awareness of our programs.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and college policies in all admissions activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or a related field, with experience in an Ontario college setting being an asset.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and sales abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
