Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and directing efforts to attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality candidate sourcing and selection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
