Northbridge Executive Underwriter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Underwriter to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As an Executive Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting and servicing complex and unique portfolios for our clients, working closely with our extensive broker network to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and service complex and unique portfolios for clients
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the broker network to develop innovative solutions
  • Provide mentorship and training to underwriting staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • 10+ years of underwriting experience
  • Completed or pursuing CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
  • Strong customer service background
  • Team-first mentality

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000-$125,000
