The Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFIO) will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to PBC's Board, relevant Board Committees, and senior leadership.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the CFIO will be responsible for PBC's financial integrity and play a critical role in supporting the planning and implementation of PBC's strategic and business development.

The CFIO will lead the Finance, Investment, Underwriting, and Actuarial Services departments, ensuring cohesive management and reviewing operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Developing a forward-thinking approach within Actuarial Services will be a priority, and the CFIO will strategically align organizational goals with financial capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and creative finance executive with experience leading in complex, unionized organizations.

They will possess strong systems and business acumen, with a solid grounding in financial principles and investments.

The CFIO will provide stability and structure, guiding PBC through its evolution while ensuring financial integrity and strategic alignment with its goals.

PBC's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.

The typical hiring range for this position is $230,000 to 310,000 per year, and the base pay offered will be based on market and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
