What it's like being a Northbridge Executive Underwriter

At Northbridge Financial Corporation, we're looking for a skilled Executive Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you'll be responsible for customizing insurance solutions for our clients with complex and unique risks. You'll work closely with our extensive broker network to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and service highly complex and unique portfolios in accordance with established guidelines and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Actuarial, Claims, Reinsurance, and System teams.
  • Mentor and train underwriting staff to ensure best practices and guidelines are understood and applied.
  • Apply your expertise to identify innovative solutions and interpret internal and external business issues.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000-$125,000 in Vancouver.
