About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Passionate Care Services. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Participate in activities that promote patient engagement and socialization.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
