Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Passionate Care Services. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed
