Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join our Service Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in achieving departmental and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates for our various service offerings and develop custom solutions adapted to the customers' needs.
  • Liaise, consult, and communicate with our business partners, including suppliers, sub-contractors, utilities, and inspectors.
  • Support the service team and maintain strong communications with technicians in the field.
  • Arrange for the purchasing of materials and assist in the scheduling, planning, and implementation of secured projects.
  • Travel to various sites or clients to undertake the above tasks and be accountable for tracking developed and potential opportunities within our sales tracking interface.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial and Industrial mechanical systems or a related technical field, such as HVAC and/or Combustion.
  • Experience with Building Automation controls is considered an asset.
  • Previous involvement in the service business and mechanical project management would also be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/Mechanical systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to travel within the greater Vancouver area.
