Mechanical Surveyor

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Surveyor to join our team at True Mechanical. As a Mechanical Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading project areas and managing site logistics, materials, and pre-fab for layout and deck work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor apprentices in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure successful project completion
- Assist with internal or parkade layout as required
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate work
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of surveying or total station layout experience in construction
- Certification in surveying, piping, fitting, or structural trades is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades
- Flexibility to travel within the lower mainland
