Job Summary:

Enbridge is seeking a highly skilled Performance Reporting Supervisor to lead our Reporting and Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analysis that support business functions and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-7 full-time and contract team members to achieve bold targets and strict deadlines.
  • Oversee the development of reporting and analytics capabilities to improve process, automate manual work, and provide self-service functionality.
  • Provide functional and project support to clients, ensuring successful delivery of required reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables, helping manage data integrity.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the Reporting Team, Analytics Team, and consult with the Performance Measurement team.

Requirements:
  • University degree and minimum of seven or more years of directly related experience.
  • Experience with Analytics tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to establish and maintain good client and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once, under constant deadline pressures.
