Job Title: Supervisor Performance Reporting

Enbridge is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor Performance Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our Reporting and Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to deliver high-quality reporting and analytical insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts to design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analysis that support business functions and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and enhance existing reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Provide functional and project support to clients, ensuring successful delivery of required reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables, and manage data integrity.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the Reporting Team, Analytics Team, and consult with the Performance Measurement team to ensure work is delivered efficiently and integrated into the overall plan.
  • Provide technical oversight, leveraging experience with analytics tools and data model knowledge to identify options and alternatives to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Build a strong, highly productive Reporting and Analytics team focused on stakeholder engagement and partnership, and delivering impactful results.
  • Manage day-to-day workload, issues, and conflicts, driving successful achievement of assigned projects/tasks by required deadlines.
  • Provide continuous growth and development opportunities with coaching and timely feedback to support the success and future advancement of team members.
Requirements:
  • University degree and minimum of seven or more years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and progressive experience.
  • Experience with Analytics tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects.
  • Experience managing a team and achieving team goals and/or other relevant people leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills required to lead a team of 5-7 full-time and contract team members with bold targets and strict deadlines.
  • In-depth experience with Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once, under constant deadline pressures.
