Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at ProStyle Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Receive Payments: Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs and deadlines.
- Dependability: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and reliability in all aspects of your work.
- Initiative: Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.

- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Hours of Work: The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
