About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and to ensure that our cleaning services meet their expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to deliver our services.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our cleaning staff are aware of and comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry
  • Language: English
