About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operations Manager at ProStyle Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring that costs are controlled and that our clients receive value for money.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and communicating effectively with them to ensure that their expectations are met.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, willing to relocate
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, reliability
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Operations Manager at ProStyle Cleaning, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
