Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are being met and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and to ensure that their expectations are met.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our cleaning team, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Work Environment: Wet/damp, odours, dusty, dirty
- Work Setting: Cleaning service company
- Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads
