Job Title: Store Director

Sephora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our team and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Assistant Managers and Supervisors to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and operational performance to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of management experience in the retail/service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, with a College degree preferred.
