Lead a Team of Retail Professionals

As a Store Manager at Arc'teryx, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be the driving force behind the success of your store, overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of leadership and retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
