  • Business acumen: Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Team development: Proven track record of developing and motivating a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Partnership building: Ability to build and sustain partnerships, working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally between stores, and possibly outside Canada.
