- Performance Feedback: Provide regular, objective, and comprehensive feedback to team members, driving growth and development.
- Talent Identification: Identify and nurture high-potential employees, offering challenging opportunities as part of succession planning and development.
- Visual Presentation: Enhance visual merchandising standards to maximize profitability, ensuring accountability for visual presentation.
- Health & Safety: Contribute to and lead by example in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience: As a Store Manager in a high-traffic retail environment, with annual sales of $3+ million.
- Leadership capabilities: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on strategic planning and innovation.
- Business acumen: Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Team development: Proven track record of developing and motivating a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Partnership building: Ability to build and sustain partnerships, working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally between stores, and possibly outside Canada.
