Equipment Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Parts Specialist to join our team at Reesink Canada Holdings in Winnipeg. As an Equipment Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory levels, and selling retail products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking a proactive approach to inventory control by assisting and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensuring internal and external customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the Dealership's standards
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the parts department and parts warehouse.
- Recording all sales and customer transactions using the company-provided system, tools (Intellidealer), and guidelines.
- Staying current on industry and product information.
- Attending training and Parts Department meetings as required.
- Treating Customers with the utmost respect and exerting a positive "can do" attitude.
Requirements:
- Three years of knowledge in heavy equipment parts, automotive, industrial, or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with parts catalogs and reference materials.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Precision in identifying and handling parts accurately.
- Able to multitask and manage inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
