Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at NFI Parts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative support to the Customer Service Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify customer cross reference numbers and enter part information into Oracle.
- Electronically organize and file customer number to New Flyer part number cross reference information.
- Validate all part numbers provided in bids or quotes against the Oracle system.
- Maintain daily incoming data entry of customer and competitor to New Flyer part number cross reference information.
- Enter customer purchase orders and daily quotes into Oracle.
- Enter contract/quote aware information into quote systems.
- Monitor public websites for bid/award information and distribute sales orders with discrepancies to CSR's.
- Verify customer sales orders against quote information.
- Enter daily quote and award information into quote systems.
- Organize and electronically file all customer purchase orders and quotes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
