About the Role:

As an Industrial Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, diagnosing, and repairing CNC equipment
  • Training customers on machine operation and maintenance
  • Communicating with customers, coworkers, and supervisors via phone, email, or in person
  • Interpreting and understanding electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and parts diagrams
  • Placing replacement orders for customers as needed
  • Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics)
  • Strong aptitude with mechanical assemblies and ability to diagnose issues
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel for service and training purposes
