$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
  • Establish priorities and oversee the implementation of procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Oversee office administrative procedures, ensuring they are followed correctly.
  • Perform tasks such as preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other computer software.
