Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global SRE Director to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team in ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of our services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve system performance, reduce downtime, and enhance overall customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that align with our global SRE goals, including Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Your expertise will also contribute to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and scaling of the regional SRE organization
  • Collaborate with Regional SRE Directors to drive consistency in reliability practices
  • Partner with local development teams to ensure alignment with global SRE goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reduce downtime
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing managers or leading large teams
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling SRE teams in complex environments
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience fostering a collaborative culture
  • Excellent project management and planning skills, with the ability to oversee large-scale initiatives
