Job Overview

The successful candidate will manage new business lines, including product life cycle and go-to-market strategies, with full P&L responsibility. This role requires strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability and desire to drive business success in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the business line, overseeing all aspects of its operations and financial performance.
  • Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities to introduce and upsell other Miratech services, creating a reference model that showcases the added value strategy.
  • Apply Miratech corporate policies and procedures to the needs of this business line.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 10+ years of successful experience in business management and/or development, preferably with IT services, managed services, and/or SaaS businesses.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in CRM, CX, Unified Communications, and related IT markets.
  • Proven ability in decision-making, taking ownership, and effectively managing in a changing environment.
