We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels
    • Manage cash handling and reconcile cash reports
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities
    • Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
    • Proficiency in accounting software and point of sale systems
