Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and guest feedback
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high-performing team
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel
