Are you a seasoned product manager looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering high-impact products that drive business success? We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Aviva Canada Inc.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior collaborators to understand business needs and conduct user research and testing to understand customer needs.

You will lead a product team of engineers, designers, and testers to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business. You will also develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of product features, with accountability for the long-term success and performance of your product.

Additionally, you will provide mentorship and apprenticeship to our Associate Product Managers, helping them develop their skills and expertise.

  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, complex products.
  • Demonstrated, consistent success in delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience influencing decisions and strategies of senior executives.
