Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our financial products. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that meet the needs of our small business customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences
  • Analyze product and business data to inform product decisions and prioritize features
  • Provide feedback on design and user experience to ensure every product is a delightful experience for our users
  • Own a roadmap with your team of engineers to ensure successful delivery against goals
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, including experience with financial products and services
  • Strong bias to action and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with data to inform product decisions and prioritize features
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office hours
